Oh, and the gold doesn't fade easily. With a little love, your jewelry will keep its shine for years. Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty on the gold plating for peace of mind, along with detailed care instructions and a polishing cloth to keep your charms glowing.
How does the Charm Bar work?
Think of it like ordering at your favorite café: first pick your chain, then decide how many charms you’d like (anywhere from 5–15), and finally choose from our large selection of beautiful charms one by one. I’ll design the order so your piece looks balanced and stunning (since some charms are a little heavier than others).
If you already have a layout in mind, just let me know — I’m always happy to work with you to make it exactly how you want.
How long does it take to make my jewelry?
Each piece is handmade to order — usually within 2–3 days. I make postal runs every Saturday, so your package will be on its way then. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, just let me know in the Order Note at checkout, and I’ll do my best to prioritize your order.
When will my order ship?
Your custom piece is usually ready to go within 2–3 days. Standard shipping takes about 5–7 business days. Shipping rates vary depending on the state you order from — Oh and orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.!
If you need your jewels by a special date, no worries! Simply leave me a note at checkout, and I’ll do my best to get your package to the post office ASAP. There is also an Express 2-3 business-day delivery option if you're in a really big rush.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry? What if I made a mistake in my order?
Since each piece is carefully made just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges — so please double-check your picks before checkout.
